我們讓每個人以最方便、最沒有負擔的方式學習善意溝通與修復對話，讓我們的孩子在被同理與支持下快樂成長、人與人間增進理解與連結，讓衝突與傷害得以修復、在社會的裂痕中填入愛與和平。

LOGO意涵：左右兩個不同顏色的人，代表兩人慣用4D語言，意見立場不合。中間的人能同理到彼此的內”心“需要，打開”心窗“，幫助兩人建立”心“的連結，產生”新的策略”照顧到彼此的需要。

我們的宗旨
我們是公益性社團法人，宗旨在於推廣善意溝通與修復式正義，應用在孩子的社會情緒教育、校園衝突與霸凌之防處、家庭關係與職場人際之增進、醫病爭議或司法衝突之修復。
2014，一群志同道合的夥伴，以傳教士精神草創〔善意溝通工作室〕，2019正式登記成立【社團法人善意溝通修復協會】(台內團字第1080072535號)，一路走來十分感謝許多貴人的支持。
We are a nonproft organziation. Our mission is to promote compassionate communication and restorative justice, and to apply these approaches to children’s social-emotional learning; the prevention and response to campus conflict and bullying; the strengthening of family relationships and workplace interpersonal dynamics; and the restoration of harm in contexts such as medical disputes and conflicts within the justice system.
